The MUD I play on provides a map that updates with each movement into a new room. With another client, I capture the output of the map (which is helpfully enclosed in HTML-like tags) and put it into a small "floating" window I have in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.
This makes the map is always in the same place, and updates fluidly. Could you please consider adding a feature to...

Does your IMAP server support server-side sorting? If so, turn it on.

Graf's commit says:
8-bit searches are now possible -- using literals instead of quotes
Tokul says:
SquirrelMail does not work with literals correctly.
So, which is it? This should be fixed. Changing the imap type in conf.pl isn't a fix. That's a workaround.

I'm curious why Squirrelmail appears to be using literals.

The folder refresh time is a personal setting, which you can change under Options -> Folder Preferences.
I am unable to reproduce this behavior. Do you have any other tips for reproducing it?.

It's my understanding that the PMDF folks are completely incorrect, and I cite RFC3501 section 6.4.4 to back me up. If you feel I'm wrong on this, please feel free to quote them so I may better understand the situation.

You've used up your quota. Disable the use of the Trash folder, delete the messages, and then (optionally) re-enable the Trash folder.
Also, if your Trash already has a bunch of stuff in it, you can try to empty the Trash to free up some space.
