Excellent, seems it was the cookies. I added "last.fm" to the list of exceptions as "Allow" and it started working.

Tried as you asked, the arrow always stayed pointing left and I was never asked to give permission to the extension. I did then remove the application permission and tried again with no luck.
The log remains the same:

Yes, this problem, but I have tried everything already posted and nothing seems to fix it. I've run Firefox with all other extensions disabled, I log into Last.fm correctly (I have a paid account) and can play with their player, but I try to play a radio station and all I get is "Communication failed".
The log is pretty useless, all I get for each attempt is "FireFM.Login ERROR...

I see the same problem with Win7 x32 - running as administrator using "run as", doesn't cause it to error but it's no good for clicking on files directly.

Doesn't work for me. I change the option to "Encode in UTF-8" and the file remains the same :-(
The standard Notepad doesn't have an issue with the files.

This is great to know, but why can't N++ handle uncorrupted files similar to this? Perhaps I'm missing a menu option to tell N++ to display it properly.
For example, the CHKDSK log file created by my Windows 2008 Server shows with NUL between each and every character, where as opening the same file in standard Notepad shows correctly.

The function "exec" calls "cmd /c" itself so when you monitor Gallery 2 at present you see the following processes each time:
cmd.exe /c cmd /c convert.exe {params}
cmd.exe /c convert.exe {params}
Simply stop appending "cmd /c" to the command you wish to call as it will be added for you and will save processing time under Windows.
