I tried to apply the patch to the latest version (1.13) before my original post, but it errored out saying some chunks failed.
Then I manually applied the changes from the diff with a text editor, but it hadnt changed anything for as far I could tell.

Sorry, I misread the INSTALL.
I compiled using ANT, and try to run the .sh shellscript.
This is the result:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/cybertivity/powerjournal/MainController
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException...

Although I do have it installed (OpenSUSE11.1). The libc.so.6 is in /lib64.
I also tried running from source. I used ant to compile the program. What do I do with the .jar?.
