The build of BFilter 1.0.9 fails on Unix if the GTK GUI is disabled (which is the default) due to the new main/gui/gtk/libview/Makefile.am not being protected with "if WITH_GUI".
Attached patch fixes the Makefile.am but doesn't update generated Makefile.in.

I'd created a Unix man page for bfilter a while ago that I've been meaning to send upstream. It is currently being distributed with Gentoo and Debian.
The majority of the documentation does originally come from the BFilter web site and configuration file comments. It only covers the configuraton and command line options, not the GUI.

This really should be a hidden directory ala "~/.StepMania" (with the leading dot) otherwise you're cluttering up the users home directory.

A change in SDL 1.2.10 to name an anonymous enum in the
headers to "SDL_EventMask" unfortunately clashes with a
variable name used in the
src/arch/InputHandler/InputHandler_SDL.cpp file.
