    sir, i am really a newbie and had difficulty understanding how things really work in here.. i know this open nlp works..i just don't know how and i am willing to learn how to do it the right way... pls help me to do the modelpath not in commandline but with eclipse IDE... pls help how to start code in parser...the examples in "getting NLP parser work" works only open nlp 1.3...

  • running the tools in parser

    hi i've already downloaded the models that you were referring to. i am wondering what is it role in running the tools? please give me step by step instructions in running the said tools? is the parser in open nlp 4.0 a penn treebank parser??? i appreciate very much for helping to be enlightened..^_^ thanks a lot.

    i deeply apologize about last time... i don't intentionally want to sound as if "it doesn't work me" i'm just having a difficult time deciphering what the readme file is trying to say.. you see i am just a novice... how do i build the file using ant in eclipse??? thanks a zillion shiney.

    thanks for the help...but my open nlp-tools version is 1.4.3 do we realy need to make it to jar file? in my case, i'm just using textpad 4 ..not eclipse or net beans... wat do u suggest to make my work lighter???? i have tried to run the ant, but it does not generate the jar file of the open nlp tools 1.4.3. only the folders named output and classes (inside output). i don't...
