This is an updated Swedish translation for 2.3. All missing and fuzzy should be gone I hope.
I also started going through and fixing errors in the existing text. It's quite a mess, my estimate is that 75% of the text is bad (spelling, grammar, misleading, etc). I gone through core and many of the common modules.
I will continue with the rest but I would like this to be checked in to get...
