Here now the fix for this bug. Instead of use QLineEdit I would use now QSpinBox, which is much easier to handle. This prevent also converting from and to Strings/Int32.
@Klaas: if you prefer QLineEdit, let me know, I have also a solution for this.

Since powersave no longer do the suspend handling (it's now part of pm-utils or HAL on actual systems) I close the report now.

1) I don't think that this is supported under linux (please discuss this with the kernel developers)
2) There is no existing interface for this under linux (e.g. in HAL)
3) I don't think that this make any sense. You can simply remove the not full charged battery to prevent full loading (but I think it don't increase the battery live time that "dramatically")
SOLUTION: closed/rejected.

Sorry, but we don't want do add Temperature handling into KPowersave since this isn't really a powermanagement task, but the KTemperature project is free to use the KPowersave dcop interface to change e.g. CPU Freq or shutdown the machine.
SOLUTION: closed/rejected.

Sorry for the lag.
1) This KPowersave version isn't supported anymore.
2) Your problem don't sound like a KPowersave, but like a kernel or general suspend problem. You should report it to your distribution or the kernel/suspend mailinglist if it's present.
