I have an up-to-date Arch Linux box, qt version 4.3.3 installed from official repository. I tried other applications linked at it and it's definitely a QT problem since other qt4 applications behave the same way ( I tried latest Qsynth for example). I'll try to find a solution :(. I guess you might close the bugreport now. Thank you for your help :D and sorry for all this mess ehehe.

The problem is that the filebrowser doesn't show me any directory, (I'm not speaking about .qtr filter). I begin to think that it's a qt4 problem for me. But I cannot find any valuable information to solve it. Any other filebrowser that I open (import trak for example) act the same way: it only shows the directory/files that I explicitly enter with my keyboard, elsewhere it doesn't show anything.

Hello,
Whan I try to open some files to include in qtractor nothing but my home directory shows on the file browser ( I guess it's QT4 standard file browser?).
If I type a name of a directory in my home it suddenly appears in the file browser and I can navigate into it, but then again it seems empty.
Any hint?
