Both "insert random walls" and "load a starting board" appear to work properly on Vista in a recent test version, so I expect it to work in the next release.

Thanks, I finally found that, and it works.

More info: works properly on XP. The problem is on Vista. F5 shows the board. Similar problem happens sometimes when loading a starting board on Vista also.

Slowing it down helps, but sometimes I still miss it, especially when playing with two players, if the other player moves when I happen to look away for a moment.

When I use the "insert random walls", they don't show up until I click the right mouse button.

I loaded version 1.1.0, and the save and restore works. The saved games are .rfg, but all the samples in the sample directory are .rfb and fail to load with "error loading board from file".

Thanks - I will be looking forward to v1.1.

Sometimes I miss what move the other player makes. Or
I make a move and it changes more than I expected. A
highlight of the last move or two would be nice. I am
thinking that changing the background of the affected
squares would be good - just a darker or lighter shade
of the same color, so as not to be too distracting.
And the piece that was placed could be two or three
shades darker...

Adding a save and restore feature (to a file that the
user specifies) would provide several benefits:
- Allow the creation of a set of pre-built game boards
that could be loaded. These could be created by the
original game creator, or by any user.
- Allow in-progress games to be saved and resumed at a
later time, or on a different machine.
- Could make testing new AI strategies easier...
