Access Violation in Multilanguage

I'm using Essentials v1.07 in D5 Enterprise, and am writing a multilanguage app (English and German). I'm specifically using the TEsDateEdit mainly because it allows null values unlike TDateTimePicker. When I compile and run using English, everything works perfectly. Problem with ICS, ZA?

I have 2 computers networked through a hub. #1: Desktop, XP Pro, connected to DSL, Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) enabled #2: Laptop, XP Home, using ABC Both boxes have Zone Alarm Pro, and they are both set to allow ports 6881-6910 and port 6969 in and out. Neither have any sort of HTTP proxy. On box #1, I set up ICS to allow access to the same ports. The XP firewall is not activated.
