After investigating the posibility of doing this, it
appeared I was going to be writing a front end to ethtool.
Ethtool is a changing thing like most linux projects.
It has been decided that it is easier to prompt the user to
use the ethtool as is and not provide a front end to ethtool.
This feature request will not be provided by the HPQnim team...
