If compared with the behaviour in 0.39 the number of fontspec tags generated for a page are way too many, and also most of them are just a repetition of the ones generated earlier.
Also as of now there is no option to suppress the generation of links. I think such flexibility could come in handy at times.

I am able to access from another machine .. but that is an xp box... and I did try the port number thing.. but still it doesnt help with a 2003 m/c

I dont think the problem is with proxy or firewall because I'm getting the same error on a Windows Server 2003 machine....
