I use usebvision with 0573:4d11 Zoran Co. Personal Media Division (Nogatech) Hauppauge WinTV-USB (PAL) with FM radio.
It works with intergrated usbvision in 2.6.26 debian kernel but the TV screen is not centered (see http://www.imageshack.gr/view.php?file=f25l9f50kz1tj9cr5fpl.png )
I use intergrated ATI HD 3200 video driver but I have the same problem with nvidia GS 7200 card...
