Hi,
Upon upload the isaloader triggers (I guess)
1) the copying of files, 2) population of the RDBMS via hibernate
and 3) the lucene indexing.
I'd like to be able to specify a hook for certain uploads,
such as 1) automatic conversion of vendor MS formats
to mzData (or mzML or whatever) or 2) execution of a small shell script or
3) automagic peak picking via risatab/xcms

Hi,
currently the ISA tools can handle/upload a single file
per sample. Our Bruker MS stores the data in multiple files
within a directory, see below.
As mentioned during the visit, just for the records:
I'd like to be able to select the directory MM48_MSMSpos_MH2_20_1-A,1_01_13444.d
and have all the content in the ISAarchive. This applies
also to other assays/vendors, see below...

Hi,
If my spreadsheet gets larrge (huge!) I'll have a hard time
figuring to which sample (or source) the Factor Value belongs,
that I'm actually about to change.
If I can right click on the Sample (or source, or whatever) colum
and "fix" (or "always visible") it at the left, it will always be visible.
Alternatively, you could add a similar Feature (maybe called "split" ?)
that...

Hi,
after sorting, the highlighting is removed. I'd like it to stay,
because I added it on purpose, and maybe performed the sort
to have a better grasp at my (now sorted) samples.
And if I don't wont it anymore, I can still use "remove highlight"

Hi,
when using MultipleSort, the drop-down list for the columns
is hidden behind the multiplesort window, so you have to
use the cursor keys to get to the desired entry ...
This happens on windows and linux, jre sun-6

Hi,
I think the popups have to be resizable. Using e.g. the multiplesort
I can see "Col10: Factor Value [Gro" and then it is cut off :-(
