Requests that secure cookie setting becomes permissions based.
This would allow the feature to be more usable as
* You could make bot and guest sessions not use SSL allowing bots to index the board etc...
The login page would have to always be SSL to protect logins, but that need not be indexed.
You could make it such that only logins and administrators get SSL but regular users...

One thing I find annoying is that the PM system has To and BCC, but no CC.
So you may be saying, we'll isn't To the same as CC? Well technically it is, the sent to list is still disclosed, etc...
However CC distinguishes people on the CC list from the person the message was specifically addressed to while still disclosing the list of people sent to. This is desirable more often...

At first glance it looks like it is a problem with the clipboard (copy/paste) system.
