This is problematic because the TetriNET protocol doesn't handle the charset encoding at all. Could you send a screenshot to smanux@lfjr.net please?.

Yeah I'm still around :) And the code moved forward thanks to the guys from tetrinet.de which are experimenting with Jetrix.
I believe btrix implemented the extension, but I think the blocks will be only consistent between btrix clients.

What is your client? I don't think atwin ever implemented this extension of the tetrinet protocol.

Hi,
There is no known limit to the number of players supported by Jetrix. A few years ago I was able to handle 30 players simultaneously on an old Bi Pentium III 600MHz with 512MB of RAM. I haven't measured the bandwidth required by player but it's quite small.
This looks like an EG server at OVH, right ? ;) With such a configuration you should be able to handle easily more than 100...
