it would be nice to have a separate format for poster/.url files ONLY for DVD/BRay folders.
You have already provided the options:
1."Detect DVD/BluRay files and rename folder instead?"
2."DVD poster/.url inside folder?"

As well as:
3."Separate poster format"
4."Separate URL format"...
