Saving transcripts

There is a problem with saving the transcripts. This applies to both Windows and Mac, but more acutely in Windows. In Mac, it appears that the transcript window must be to the top (rather than the movie window) or the transcript saves with 0 data. In Windows, it doesn't appear to save the transcript with any data regardless of which window is at the top.

Add re-size capability for video window and video

At present, if the source file is larger than 600X400 pixels (or thereabouts) the critical start and end buttons and the search buttons don't appear on a medium to smallish screen. We need to be able to re-size the video without having to re-format the source file.
