This is resolved, cvs email is being delivered again.

Yes, cvs commit email seems to be getting through to subscribers again.

The Enlightenment cvs mal list appears to be down at the moment. We are seeing commit messages show up in CIA:
http://cia.vc/stats/project/e
but not on the mail archives for about a day and a half:
http://e.kevb.net/lurker/mindex/enlightenment-cvs@20380101.000000.00000000.en.html
(archive is updated on ~15min intervals.)

Currently, and over the last couple hours, we are
seeing problems accessing developer cvs. While trying
to pull changes I see:
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by
remote host
cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult
above messages if any)
Sometimes I am able to connect for a short period, 30
seconds or so, and then the connection is dropped again...
