Oops - looks like I had a bit of "word blindness" there! I was thinking Oww Client.
The transmission for Arne's client uses a fixed format. I'm not sure he ever added RH, and as I recall there was trouble trying his more-extensive later format to work. I believe he's stopped developing it now, so I think you're out of luck with that one.

Hello.
The first thing to check is that you have the hygrometer device assigned correctly. By default it's probably assigned just as a thermometer - maybe T2? So run owwnogui with the "-i" parameter and use the "assign" command" (or just do this by editing your devices file directly). Please update to this new version 0.83.1 as 1-wire performance can be pretty ropey with the previous version on some set-ups.
