libpsrutil and libpresto both have a symbol (i.e. function) called str2ra. Since dspsr will try and link against both if available, this means that dspsr cannot be built if libpresto is found.
Names like str2ra are likely very common! I think that both packages should consider re-naming or placing them in a unique name space. Need to be careful to find all code that calls this though...

This morning (2009-05-03) bpsr status showed that the master control daemon on srv0/1 and apsr14-17 had stopped unexpectedly, and the swin-tape and transfer manager scripts had failed. After re-starting the master control daemons those machines were fine, however the transfer manager could not be started or stopped (start returned ok, but no script started; stop returned FAIL as pid file...
