I ve compiled and used smtpop.net under Framework 2.0. It seems that smtpop work well, but there is still some work to run nunit under 2.0.

oops this is not a bug. The documentation say "When the name
of an environment variable is not a valid property name, the
task will fail"
And the "+" caracter is not allowed in property name.
