The about dialog is still in German. "Dienste - Services" is German too.
I use Windows XP with SP2 and all patches.

Cleanup the GUI.
Remove the German stuff, I don't understand deutche,
Perhaps remove stuff that has nothing todo with privacy and security? Such as 8.3 DOS file names, open file menu faster, etc.
Cleanup the unprofessional tooltips comments, and provide more information.
Once I disabled some NetBIOS thing or something, and then I couldn't get an IP from the DHCP server anymore...
