  • Latest version, no connection

Hello! I just got the latest version from the site. (I use Win7 x64 Retail with all updates). Installed the app, set up the settings, and got connected. It works, but I just cant reach any PC inside the VPN. It says no connectivity. I got these data: ip ; user + pw ; group name + password. And that's all. Could anyone help me out with this? (I don't want to keep a VirtualBox installed...

  • Comment: SMPlayer wont change language

The sample works. ATM I use .ogm video what wont change (it was stupid to say that only mkv is troublesome). But it was the same with the Angelic Layer mkvs. English and japan. Japan select, exit, start smplayer, recent files, etc etc.

  • SMPlayer wont change language

This problem is bugging me for a while now, but I had enough now. When I watch a mkv with two audio tracks, I simply want to use the second ("1"). If I just click on it, select it, thats not enough. I have to select it, then STOP, Play OR exit player, start player. That way it'll change the language. Any idea what may cause this? This happened even with the releases before..

  • Comment: Smplayer fails with newer mplayer

Okay. I'll just hang myself. Ffmpeg-mt breaks the vdpau support fully. I just wasnt aware of this , since the 4 core can decode the movies (even though some still was somewhat slow). Sorry for the bugreport. 0.6.8 works perfectly fine with mplayer snapshot + vdpau without -mt (well.. its sad that I cant have multi-core + vdpau.. but nvm). Thanks for your support and sorry for the...

One more thing.. (sorry for the frequent post, I just cant edit the last). The make uninstall have some leftovers. http://pastebin.ca/1513240 Well.. I just use the '-Uf' as local package + force, but its not the cleanest method. :) Okay.. this is not the worst script I ever seen, its just leaves some files. (The worst is BOINC so far.. ^^)

  • Comment: Smplayer fails with newer mplayer

FYI: I build it like this. Wget the package. edit my pkgbuild to make -j5 , enabled vdpau, oss, ass, removed some extra options. Then just "makepkg --asroot" (build the package as root (since if I build it with user, then it will miss some deps). Then pacman -U *.pkg.tar.gz ... its done. SMplayer is built using the old way. Uhm.. nope.. snapshot rebuild wont help. http://pastebin.ca/1513239.

  • Comment: Smplayer fails with newer mplayer

Well.. that way the whole mplayer of mine wouldn't make sense (BUT its not working.. I tried it). I use ffmpeg-mt as Mplayer (the howto from mplayerhq), that tarball which contains the snapshot. I'll try to rebuild a new snapshot. (Man.. its just not easy to play HD on linux/unix.. :)) http://pastebin.ca/1513233 Ps.: Thanks for the help, and for your hard work. There are really just a few...
