And regarding CoPay I am asked is the CoPay field in the Insurance Details entry screen which is appeared in the patient demographics screen. I dont think it is the amout paid at the time of visit. Since seperate 3 CoPay fields exists for all three insuranse...

Dear All,
This is from India. Here most of the patient came to a Hospital may not have insurance. That mean they will pay their hospital bill their own.
In OpenEMR we can use the Checkout option of Fees menu for collecting cash from each patient who dont have insurance. Could some clarify my understandings are correct?

Dear All,
In the patient demographics screen we can provide maximum 3 insurance provider for a patient. But how can we dettemine the percentage of payement amout from each insurance provider. For example there is a bill for 4500 for a patient. How can we split the amount with each isurance provider.
What is the meaning of CoPay in the patient insurance screen.

Hi All,
I am adding an encounter. In that I am creating a Problem using Add New Issue dialog. I have selected an ICD code (I have selected Cholera) for the Diagnosis field of the problem. The Issue is successfully added and it is displayed in the Issues (Injuries/Medical/Allergy) list box.
But my doubt is when taking the Fee Sheet, the ICD code selected in the Issue dialog is not coming...

I have set inhouse_pharmacy of globals.pho = true. Now I can see the Inventory link. And I can add drug. Is it possible to bill for my Prescriptions ?

As I am testing the Open EMR I am unable to purchase CPT code right now. Is it possible to get a sample database having all data populated for using billing (including CPT/ICD/HCPCS).

I have installed and trying OpenEMR. From the users group I understand that CPT codes and ICD codes are stored in the Codes table. But my codes table is empty. From the user group I understand that I need to import these files using perl files of \openemr\contrib\util. Also I have downloaded PFALL09A.TXT file. The content of the files are mentioned below...
