You can not able to install oasis package through browser window.Kindly read the README text document for more information.Or you can find the oasis manual inside(oasis2.3.pdf in the templates/mgmt/docs/
directory which explains how to install OASIS) the downloaded package.And there is no need to edit/modify any of the files.
