Hi, I have not received any other reports that it is not working on Windows 7 and have not experienced problems myself when testing it. Can you describe the error you are getting?

Hi.
iTunes *Agent* is only a desktop application. It installes next to iTunes on your computer and you can then configure it to recognize your portable media devices and connect these to a playlist in iTunes. You are then able to place music into this playlist in iTunes and when you click "Synchronize" in iTunes *Agent*, the tracks will be copied to your portable media device.

iTA will copy wav files as well, and your files will be named according to the meta information you have provided in iTunes, when copied to the device.

Music that are already on your player will not show up in the device playlist in iTunes.
Any music present in your Music folder will be deleted upon the first sync, unless it is also present in your playlist. This is because iTunes Agent cannot map existing music on your device to what you have in your iTunes Library.

Hi.
Please remove the "I:\" in front of Music folder and Recognize by fields. iTunes Agent will figure out the proper drive letter by itself.
this means your Music folder setting should be: Internal Storage\Music and Recognize by: Internal Storage\Music
I would recommend that you use the built-in feature for generating a unique file for your device.
