This is a bug that Ubuntu has recognized. When they fix it, we will be able to update. This does not block updtes in general, just updates to splashy and lsb. In the update manager, just unselect the lsb package.

Hello,
Your error reporting level is set to high in PHP. Please adjust it so that it does not display notice level messages and atry again. I assume it will still not work, but should give us better information to troubleshoot with.

Please update from CVS as this has been fixed there. This was caused by a change in PHP in 5.3.
