Ok, I got it to work correctly... all I needed was the right combination of files after all.

Ok, going back it seems that if I don't change struts.jar I WILL get the manifest errors, however it DOES NOT seem to cause issues... sorry for my ealier post,. I was incorrect.
I get the warnings but everything launches fine when running the start_talk.bat. Of course the three services; aceappserver, acelogserver, and tomcat do not start with the same problems listed in the previous posts...

I am having the same problem as Troy D.
My services will not start doing talk install.
I am getting the following 3 errors in the error log for each process (AceLogServer, AceAppServer and Tomcat)
