[G2] custom thumbnail case-sensitive filename collision

It seems the custom thumbnail code is prepared to handle filename collisions. But if a filename differs only in case from an already existing filename, the result is a cryptic database error 'STORAGE ERROR' or something like that. To reproduce: * for album A, upload custom thumbnail named bbq.jpg * for album B, upload custom thumbnail named BBQ.jpg.
