Hi Tom,
all the commands in the xml script are processed by JWebUnit, that in turn route the commands to the httpunit framework. I've made a quick search on the forums for these projects, but found no reference about supporting multiframe pages. Maybe you can post a message on their forums.

I get this error using hsqldb (both 1.7.3.3 and 1.8.0.1) with tomcat (5.5.4, jdk 1.5.03).
I configured hsqldb to start with tomcat using the org.hsqldb.Servlet class. The error appears when I try to connect using the url jdbc:hsqldb:http://localhost:18080/navigator/servlet/hsqldb
(if I browse the servet page, it returns the hsqldb status as correctly initialized).
