Hi Nadia
I'm afraid this is still not implemented. We are looking at usability issues such as this one for 3.0 road map, which looks like a significant change in the UI architecture
Sandeep.

Currently only use case where we support dual Y-axes is to display cumulative %. See example analysis Cumulative Sales over Time at
http://demo.openi.org/openi/reports.iface?content=/foodmart/public/Samples/MSAS/Warehouse_Summary.analysis.

SQL 2005 comes with AdventureWorks as the sample database (for both rdbms and olap). If you go to OpenI demo at http://demo.openi.org/openi (login with openi2/openi2), you will see some sample analyses created off this database under ssas2005 folder. The directions on connecting to SQL 2005 are at...

Yes. The basic premise on the public folders is that if you don't specify anything, every project user has full access to the analyses in the public folders (except they can't modify them, only project admin can). If you specify a comma-separated list of users in the public folder (under project settings), then only those users will have access to that public folder (in addition to project admin...

Currently an admin can add/edit project admins and users from under Preferences - Project Settings, however, in order to add/edit the application administrator, one has to edit the configuration file. It will be a much better user experience if the application administrator can be defined in a similar way under Preferences - Application Settings.

Hi Saganus
The user admin module in OpenI only works with JBoss database authentication. With tomcat-users.xml (and other auth methods), you can't use this option.
The app_admin is the super user role, any user with this role has full admin privileges to access all the projects and modify their settings, including overall administration settings
As for your note that "The problem...

ah.. I see. We'll add this as a feature request. We've had a few requests on emails before, but more along the lines of being able to send analyses to users via emails (instead of users having to visit a site to view the analyses in their browsers). I'm assuming your request is more like a generic ability to send email message to all users (or a subset).

Hi Nadia
I tried responding back to your emails using my sandeep-at-openi-dot-org email address, but they all bounce back saying:
tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 unknown user (state 14)...

Hi Nadia:
All OpenI downloads from sourceforge are completely free, as long as you comply with the GPL licensing terms and conditions. OpenI application does not embed any portal software, nor does it have any other commercial (non open-source) components such as SSAS2005. So for e.g. if you wanted to use OpenI with SSAS 2005, you will need to buy SSAS 2005 from Microsoft or its authorized...

Dear OpenI Community:
We just released OpenI 2.0-RC2. Our plan is to promote this RC to 2.0 general release in about 2 weeks, barring any new critical fixes. Big thanks to our team who have done a really great job.
There is also a demo available at http://demo.openi.org/openi (login is openi2/openi2)
And you can download it directly from...
