I use the elinks text browser a lot, and while Slashdot has a useful 'Jump to articles' link, the anchor it references (#articles) doesn't exist.
To reproduce:
- Open slashdot.org in elinks
- Click 'Jump to articles' link
Expected behaviour:
Browser jumps to articles
Observed behaviour:
Error received: "The requested fragment "#articles" doesn't exist".

( This is certainly the case with v3.31 - I can't see any fix listed in the changelog for 3.37, but it doesn't look like I'll get the opportunity to actually test the new version properly. )
The %EXT_FILTER array (in conf.pl) appears to be case sensitive - e.g. "myname.doc" will be passed to the specified external filter program, but "myname.DOC" will not.

I've just had exactly the same issue as the O/P - every single .mp3 file on my disk is gone :( Not very impressed.

I'm seeing the same issue with v3.8 on a fresh install of
Windows XP SP2 onto a fresh disk.
To replicate:
1) In windows explorer, double click a notepad++ associated
file. Notepad++ starts and behaves as expected.
2) Double click a second file in windows explorer -
notepad++ window restores down to non-maximized size.
Dragging files from windows...
