I am configuring Chainsaw to receive events from JBoss App Server running on Linux using SocketAppender. I am running Chinsaw as a client on Windows XP. In Log4j.properties on app server, what should "remoteHost" be? the client machine name?
Also, when I start Chainsaw on Win XP, I'm creating a SocketReceiver; is there anything special I need to do?.
