When target is full, the extraction process is aborted permanently and you have to do it all over after freeing up more space. Winrar and others pause the extraction process and lets resume (retry) after clearing up space.

That is never an issue if 7-zip is associated with ZIP files.

Also people don't seem to understand the issue here.
You are free to remove the unrar part from 7-zip and then use that. It will then have no RAR support at all, but you will not have to mess with the restrictive RAR license.

congratulations on finally fixing the toolbar in vista and 7. I see you removed the ReBar control and now just use a simple toolbar instead. Much better.

With Silverlight 3 plugin installed OVP plays .mp4 files perfectly fine (Progressive download, HTTP).
