What's happening?

Followup: Narrowed it down a little.

The problem is related to either the native executable creator or the version of java that compiles the app. I took the exact source code from a Jbuilder X version and compiled it on a Jbuiler 2005, to create the native exeutable. Same issue here with jbuilder native executables, the jar's work fine, seems like the internal, systray.jar file can't find the .dll in the java.library.path. I haven't found anything yet in systray4j searches, question is probably related to compiler paths accessible in the jbuilder native executables.
