Ok, here is what I did to get it working. I had to put "RewriteEngine On" in the httpd.conf. Apparently having it in .htaccess was not enough. Also I had to add the line
RewriteBase /~entertrack
to the .htaccess file, because I use a user directory to install Entertrack.
I still have problem with images not displaying, but the app seems to be working.

I'm also having a problem, setup/tests.php report that mod_rewrite is not working. Inspection of phpinfo shows however that it is enabled. I have made the suggested changes to httpd.conf, but this did not solve the problem. Any ideas?.

I'm closing this bug. I will ensure that the next release is build using the latest version of Inno Setup, using the Swedish translation suggested by Hans. Thanks for the suggestions.
