MPC8349E Cross Compilation Tool chain

Hello All, Can anyone suggest the Cross Compilation Tool chain for MPC8349E cpu based board, Is is ok to use tool kit for 85xx models i.e. ppc_85xx-gcc 4.0.0. Are there any complications using 4.0.0 utilities covered with ELDK 1.4. Thanks! Rupesh Kumar Joshi India.

GCC 4.0.0 Problems

Hello All, We have been trying u-boot on standard TQM8349L board. As on load after erasing entire firmware. The u-boot compiled with eldk 1.4 and the system hanged while initializing its PCI bus. By some way we recovered that by making PCI bus disable and result didn't improved , I think that there might be some problems in gcc-4.0.0 because we were same problem once while...
