FYI I have globals OFF in my web root I think I have things
working by making an .htaccess just for the directory where
reminders is installed which turns globals on for just that
directory.

but it still wont work.

I have freshly installed this script twice following
instructions included in the config.php and the readme. it
will not add a new user nor will it send email. This is a
production server adminned by a reliable commercial cpanel
host with apache/php/mysql.
