With DeSmuME 0.9.2, it's hard to tell whether the emulation is paused or not. You have to open the Emulation menu to see if "Pause" is checked.
There should be some visual indication for the pause, such as text or a darker screen.

Steps to reproduce:
- Delete/move/rename a ROM file referenced in the "Recent ROM" menu
- Try to load it from the "Recent ROM" menu
What happens:
- Nothing
What should happen instead:
- The application should display a message such as "The file couldn't be found"
- The menu entry should be removed.

Plancoin 0.3 has been released.
Change log:
* Added an option to load Plancoin when Windows starts
