Path is added support up to 10 user's limits groups to exists per user limit. For it added config file parameter: "user_limit_blk ". Parameter "user_limit_blk" is multi-instances, for eample:
//------- Example ----------
per_user_limit /etc/squid/acl/user-deny 200
user_limit_blk 100 dda alex roman.diya.org
user_limit_blk 50 vladimir 192.168.2.5...
