Do a search from the Contact search bar; Osmo will move the central sliding divider to the right. Tasks does something similar.
Oh, and if you delete a contact, the info in the right hand pane remains displayed -- it should disappear.
I did this with only one contact in the database.

Or at least add tasks from the calendar. Right now, the functions (and usability) are fairly separated. Notes are nice (for things like holidays and birthdays), but most folks need event scheduling. Tasks are the closest thing to that in Osmo.
BTW, I compiled the SVN version. Horizontal is nice.

Actually, as near as I can tell, it doesn't add an event to recurring events. The original date shows, but the recurrence doesn't.
Unless I too, am misunderstanding the interface.
Could you explain how to make a recurring event -- an example that will show up, say, for five days running?

I'd like to run this on several laptops/desktops. It'd be great to sync changes across machines.
A sync to Google would rock, too -- then just have every machine sync to Google.
Or some other solution.
