At the moment we're iterating the portal members (which naturally covers both cases ie:SASEV members/Portal Members) It's possible to post an internal link to the event in the event invitation entry field.

the only realistic option here at present is to hide them in view and present
them only on the payment screen(where they format correctly) This widget (DataGriodWidget) is really meant for
data entry/not presentation. I can replace the widget with a table later. Right now, very time consuming. will hide it.

This is fixed. If you create a couple of profiles on the site, click 'Stakeholders' you'll see them there.

Fixed. Remember:this is a reference only, thus because multiple folders have references to the object, deleting it from one folder is equivalent to deleting it from all. The "registration" content has absolutely nothing to do with portal members as well. It's an extension use case of Plone registrations.
