This feature is needless because you can already download static versions of the Wikipedia to view them offline on your computer. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Database_download#Static_HTML_tree_dumps_for_mirroring_or_CD_distribution for more details. An epodia-reader for desktop computers would not provide any advantage.
