I would be useful to know if some error appears in the log file. If you are using Windows, please check the log file at %appdata%\.newspipe\log and copy the last few lines. On Unix or Linux it's at $HOME/.newspipe/log
Anyway, I use gmail myself, and I have to use smtp authentication to send the emails from Newspipe. Make sure you have the following lines in your newspipe.ini...

I have removed the SEND_IMMEDIATE option, because I'm sure it's related to some weird concurrecy errors. I never liked the implementation of that option anyway :) , and have changed the email sending routine to disconnect and reconnect to the smtp server after 10 emails, so that it won't exceed the max number of emails per session. If anyone sees a problem with not having the SEND_INMEDIATE...
