MSFlexGrid RowIsVisible

In MSFlexGrid control (dcl_AxControl_Get Control "RowIsVisible" index [as Long]) always returns nil. and since the pixel to twips functions always return either 0 or -1 is impossible to work out whether a row is visible or not in the MSFlexGrid. ListView SetCurSel Method not working as expected!!!

I am using SetCurSel method on a ListView control but does not work as expected.
