I have downloaded Netbeans IDE, then downloaded JPExam Builder from CVS, then I have built from Ant task (build.xml) and I can get to run successfully... I get the same error:

java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key #_templates.properties

OK... but you think jpe-builder can be used to create exams after fixing?.
I just want to create a test of 600 questions without having to manually edit the xml (*. jex)
Any idea?
