Fix libdnet to support IPv6-as-primary network address.
Libdnet has a bug where its intf_loop() routine fails if an interface
has only a single IPv6 address bound to it. This change corrects that.

Setting _NET_NUMBER_OF_DESKTOPS may cause Blackbox to explode. The problem is due to a bad loop condition in Screen.cc::clientMessageEvent(). If the difference between the new number of desktops and the initial workspaceCount() is odd, the condition is always true, or at least until "number" underflows or overflows. BB will usually end up munching a lot of memory & dying when it creates...

bbpager's ToolWindow class extends libbt's Application, and it initialize's the latter's "multi_head" to false. This causes libbt to explode if the user tries to launch bbpager on a second screen attached to the same display.
The attached patch fixes this.

Okay, that's a separate but related issue, and has already been fixed in-house by Ghais.
Relevant patch attached. It should apply cleanly against the latest refresh.

D'oh. This is definitely a regression. GdkDisplay doesn't exist in g[dt]k-1.2.
I'll try to get a fix back to you soon.
