I hadn't downloaded from svn. I tried it and the original problem went away but a few regarding MDB2.php appeared. Updated pear and downloaded from svn again today and it appears the errors have all gone away. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem. Looks like it's in the
opensips-cp_2.0/web/tools/drouting/template/lists.main.php
<?php
db_connect();
if ($sql_search=="") $sql_command="select * from ".$table." where 1 order by id asc";
If I change ".$table." to dr_gw_lists the error goes away.
Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem with Debian 4.0. I was able to get in by installing vmailadmin v1 first and proceeding with upgrading through all the v2.
