Interesting, I'm having this issue too. Is there a fix to this?
It was working fine yesterday as I was inputting data but today I get the same error that the previous user was having. I've double checked all my info to access and login and it should be working. Sometimes I can login but see the two errors above the rest of the page, correctly loaded.

I needed to add /home/*sitename*/ in order for this to work properly.

I'm having some trouble with this also though I'm pretty sure I'm entering the data correctly I'm still getting an error:
" The include directory variable has not been set correctly.
It is currently set to '/public_html/staff/xrms/include/', which does not exist."

The problem in the ChartTypes table was a fourth missing value input (-1). Simply adding a ", -1" (without quote marks) will fix this. In addition there seemed to be some misplaced text in the "chartmaster" table data (I fixed it without remembering exactly where it was).
